Once your company’s request has been accepted by our services, you will receive a login and password, together with the General Terms of Sale, allowing you to fill our your stand order online on www.ugsevent2016.com . By placing your order, you agree to comply with the UGS General Terms of Sale which you can also download from our website: www.ugsevent2016.com/documents-a-telecharger.
You will then automatically receive an acknowledgement of receipt from the organiser recapping your order..
Subject to the feasibility of the particular features of your stand, we will validate your order and send a pre-payment invoice for 50% of the total amount (VAT included), payable on receipt.
Upon receipt of your pre-payment, the organiser will:
• give you access to your personal exhibitor space, that will be developed progressively, allowing you to prepare for the exhibition,
complete your stand order and optimise your participation. You will then be in the Eurosatory 2016 exhibitor space;
• send you the USG 2016 Exhibitor Manual and suggest a stand location for you (from january 2016);
The location of your stand will be finalised only after payment of the full amount including VAT of your participation to be paid no later
than 31 January 2016.
